Using light dumbbells (3–8 lbs). We move from the ground up-starting with the lower body and progressing upward for a balanced\, full-body workout. Each class begins with a gentle warm-up to prepare the joints and muscles\, followed by functional strength exercises that support bone health\, posture\, balance\, and coordination. We finish with a cooldown to improve flexibility and leave you feeling refreshed.
