This small but mighty piece of equipment can strengthen and condition every muscle from head to toe. Spend 55 minutes with Rhonda and tone your legs\, arms\, abs\, and more. (Did you know Tom Brady’s exercise routine includes bands?). Oh\, and resistance bands are a safe way to fight osteoporosis and increase bone density\, with less force on the joints.
