It not only increases our risk of falling\, it also affects your mobility and independence. While there are many reasons why our balance gets worse over time\, there are many strategies to improve your balance. Megan Tepper\, DPT will be conducting balance assessments to determine your level of stability and fall risk. She will look at your medical and fall history and give you practical advice on how to improve your balance and stability. Whether its strength\, flexibility\, posture\, or a mechanical issue that can be resolved with physical therapy. As a physical therapist with experience working with aging adults\, Megan will help you find a path to better balance\, decreased fall risk\, and improved mobility.
