Maximum of 15. \n***This event is in-person only!*** \nBalance and stability are a big concern as we get older. It not only increases our risk of falling\, it also affects our mobility and independence. While there are many reasons why our balance gets worse over time\, there are many strategies to improve balance. Megan Tepper\, DPT will be conducting balance assessments to determine your level of stability and fall risk. She will look at your medical and fall history and give you practical advice on how to improve your balance and stability.
