You will also learn the importance of body positioning and hand placement\, the correct\nway to do compressions and breaths\, hands on only which does not include breaths and the differences. When the CPR portion is complete you learn the correct ways to assist someone who is choking. During the First aid section\, I discuss and show videos on asthma\, anaphylaxis\, strokes\, opioids\, diabetic issues\, bleeding wounds\, torniquets and how to place them\, heat/cold emergencies and poison.

This will be an opportunity to learn about the maintenance\, ground operations\, types of missions performed\, and training requirements of this great group of Citizen Soldiers here in New Hampshire We will get an up-front look at the\nhelicopters. The New Hampshire National Guard traces its origins to 1623\, evolving from colonial militias into a modern state and federal military force.
