Regular exercise can help older adults stay independent and prevent many health problems that come with age. Fitness for 50+ is a 55-minute group class that combines stretching, flexibility, balance, low-impact aerobics, and strength training. This class is for beginner to intermediate level.
This is a complete and varied full body workout. We will alternate between low-impact cardio work, and strengthening exercises, giving you improved cardiovascular fitness as well as improved strength. Each class will finish with stretch and relaxation time. Come kick off your week with us!
