Regular exercise can help older adults stay independent and prevent many health problems that come with age. Fitness for 50+ is a fifty-five-minute group class that combines stretching, flexibility, balance, low-impact aerobics, and strength training. This class is for beginner to intermediate level and is a complete and varied full body workout. We will alternate between low-impact cardio work and strengthening exercises, helping to improve your cardiovascular fitness as well as your strength. Each class will finish with a well-deserved stretch and relaxation time. Come kick off your week with us!
