Instructor: Rhonda Duhamel, CPT Mondays: 11:15 – 12:10pm December 2 – January 27 (no class 1/20)  Cost/Registration: $50 for 8-week session. You must register in advance. Regular exercise can help older adults stay independent and prevent many health problems that come with age. Fitness for 50+ is a fifty-five-minute group class that combines stretching, flexibility, balance, low-impact aerobics, and strength training.
