Balance Through Tai Chi – Intro

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Tuesday and Friday, repeating until Friday, April 24, 2020

Date/Time: Tuesdays & Fridays, March 17 – April 24, 12:00– 12:55pm
Cost/Registration: $70 for 6-week session. You must register in advance. To sign up for the second half of the Intro session, you must call or visit GoodLife in person.

This class is based on an evidence-based fall prevention program for older adults. You’ll learn 8 Tai Chi postures that focus on weight shifting, postural alignment, and coordinated movement. Testing will be done at the beginning of the program, and again at the end, so you can see your progress. Due to the nature of this course, you cannot join partway through, you must complete two 6-week sessions to move into the ongoing class.
