An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Tuesday and Friday, repeating until Friday, April 24, 2020

Date/Time: Tuesdays & Fridays, March 17 – April 24, 1– 1:55pm
Cost/Registration: $70 for 6-week session. You must register in advance.

This class is based on an evidence-based fall prevention program for older adults. You’ll learn 8 Tai Chi postures that focus on weight shifting, postural alignment, and coordinated movement. Testing will be done at the beginning of the program, and again at the end, so you can see your progress. Due to the nature of this course, you cannot join partway through, you must complete two 6-week sessions to move into the ongoing class.
