The Aging Master Program (AMP) engages older adults in a fun and innovative way that empowers them to embrace their longevity and address their physical, financial and emotional wellness. Created by the National Council on Aging, AMP is a nationwide program that includes ten weekly 90-minute classes. Through the use of professional guest speakers, the program encourages the development of sustainable behaviors across many dimensions that lead to improved health, stronger economic security, enhanced well-being, and increased societal participation.
