Cost/Registration: FREE ongoing, drop-in class 1st come 1st serve. Maximum of 35.

Older adults and seniors of all ages, those with yoga experience and those with none, and all levels of physical ability are encouraged to join us and try this gentle yoga class. Yoga can help your mind, body and spirit and enhance your quality of life. You are sure to leave calmer, refreshed and rejuvenated!
