Testing will be done at the beginning of the program, and again at the end, so you can see your progress. Due to the nature of this course, you cannot join partway through, you must complete two 6-week sessions to move into the ongoing class.
Testimonial from a participant on balance program:
” After five months, insurance would no longer pay for my husband’s physical therapy. Our therapist recommended that we attend class at GoodLife. Our instructors, Ben Low & Marilyn Jenks, were warm and welcoming. There is never any pressure to perform and the movements are effective. In our last class, I saw my husband walking better than I have seen him do in more than a year.”
