This program teaches Tai Chi and Chi Kung (Chinese Yoga) exercises for balance and musculoskeletal health. Balance exercises counteract the effects of aging, help us avoid falls and keeps the body/mind agile and alert. Balancing exercises are essential for aging gracefully.

For Tai Chi and Yoga students who are beginners or experienced practitioners.
