Cost/Registration: $70.00 for 12 classes. You must register by July 12th at 12pm. GoodLife will email you the Zoom link a day or two before the class.

This program is designed with two primary goals:

To prepare you to learn more Tai Chi including the forms that are taught in the second two classes, and as a falls reduction program to help with balance as well as some strategies to avoid slips and falls. You will be given simple drills to practice at home (5 min. per day) to help you develop your Tai Chi.
