A relaxed paced class for all fitness levels and experience. Set your mind and body for a more relaxing evening by taking a pause between day and night in a gentle, inviting and welcoming environment. Open the body, stretch the muscles, and relax the mind. You are welcome to practice on a yoga mat, or a chair.
