Yoga is a gentle way to stretch, strengthen, build muscular endurance and flexibility, and relieve stress. We will be learning several classic yoga poses, as well as focusing on breath work. This moderate level class is great for yogis of all abilities and fitness levels. We will be using modifications to make all feel welcome and comfortable. You are welcome to practice on a yoga mat, or a chair.
