Join us for a scrumptious night! Attendees will sample creations from three local chefs while sipping on a glass of wine. Then watch the competition heat up as each chef has 30 minutes to create a “Primavera” themed dish using three required ingredients. A panel of local celebrity judges will have the tough job of selecting the Iron Chef winner.
Chefs: John Tuttle, from Havenwood Heritage Heights, Executive Chef Dan St. Jean, Common Man Brand Restaurants, and Mitchell Testa, culinary student at Lakes Region Community College.
Emcee: Joe Kasper, Northeast Delta Dental, Current Chairman of the Board for Concord Chamber of Commerce, and former Chairman of the Board at GoodLife
Judges: Chef Jay Smith, Executive Chef of Copper Door, Chef Chris Normandeau of Granite Ledges and
winner of people’s choice award 2018, Mayor Jim Bouley of Concord, NH.
