Iron Chef 2020

In light of the current recommendations by the CDC to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus to the at risk group of older adults,  GoodLife Programs & Activities has made the difficult decision to post-pone our Iron Chef event until further notice. We believe this is the best interest of our participants, their families, and our community. This was a very tough call, but it is in line with what national organizations are recommending especially for large social gatherings. We will work together with all involved to reschedule, but do not have a date in mind at this point. Date/Time: Thursday, April 2, 2020,  5:30 – 7:30pm
Location: Tad’s Place at Havenwood Heritage Heights – 149 East Side Drive Concord
Tickets: $35 (includes two drink tickets and appetizers).

Join us for a scrumptious night! Attendees will sample creations from three local chefs while sipping on a glass of wine. Then watch the competition heat up as each chef has 25 minutes to cook their version of “Pasta around the World” using three required ingredients. A panel of local judges will have the tough job of selecting the Iron Chef winner. The audience also gets to select the People’s Choice winner!
