Instructor: Cindy Falabella, CYT, M.Ed. Tuesdays: 6:00 – 6:55pm December 17 – February 11 (no class 12/24) Cost/Registration: $50 for 8-week session. This mat-based class is a calming way to build your muscle strength and flexibility. Throughout the class you will use gentle stretches, traditional yoga poses and mindful breathing techniques to end your day in a relaxing way. Cindy ends each class with peaceful meditation.
