Date/Time: Fridays, Orientation class starts at 10:30am.  Actual class starts at 11:00 – 11:55am (no class July 5)
Cost/Registration: This is a FREE ongoing class. ALL NEW STUDENTS TO SAHAJA WILL NEED TO ATTEND A 30 MINUTE ORIENTATION BEFORE JOINING CLASS. You will need to sign up for this orientation by calling or signing up at the front desk.

 

Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a unique and ancient technique for stress relief and comes with many benefits including physical, mental & spiritual.
Sahaja Yoga is a registered non-profit organization that sponsors free stress reduction and meditation workshops around the country as well as in over 90 nations around the world. We currently offer meditation classes at Lebanon, Bedford, Boston, Salem, Cambridge in New England and in all the major cities of the United States. All of our classes are free of charge and are offered as a community service.  The classes are taught by a team of experienced practitioners, who teach on a volunteer basis.
