Date/Time: Tuesdays, Orientation class starts at 5:30pm.  Actual class starts at 6:00 – 7:00pm (no class 12/10,12/24)
Cost/Registration: This is a FREE ongoing class. ALL NEW STUDENTS TO SAHAJA WILL NEED TO ATTEND A 30 MINUTE ORIENTATION BEFORE JOINING CLASS. You will need to sign up for this orientation by calling or signing up at the front desk.

Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a unique and ancient technique for stress relief and comes with many benefits including physical, mental & spiritual.
Sahaja Yoga is a registered non-profit organization that sponsors free stress reduction and meditation workshops around the country as well as in over 90 nations around the world. All of our classes are free of charge and are offered as a community service.  The classes are taught by a team of experienced practitioners, who teach on a volunteer basis.
