An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Tuesday, repeating until Tuesday, January 15, 2019

Instructor: Rhonda Duhamel, CPT Tuesdays: 10:00–10:55am November 27 – January 15 (no class December 25 & January 1) Cost/Registration: $35 for 6-week session. You must register in advance. This class uses the Pilates technique and is enhanced by the use of props such as the stability ball, roller, toning balls, flex band or dumbbells for added resistance to increase strength and flexibility. The routine involves standing and chair work. Come in and try this unique Pilates based workout.
