An event every week that begins at 1:30pm on Monday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely

A great beginner class! Stretch your muscles, increase your coordination, self-confidence & flexibility with gentle exercise, stretching and movement. Build up your strength and get healthy with a certified, instructor-led bi-weekly exercise routine. Older adults of all ages and levels of physical ability are encouraged to join us and try this chair-based gentle exercise class.
