Instructor: Rhonda Duhamel, CPT Date/Time: Tuesdays, September 3 – October 22,  10 – 10:55am Cost/Registration: $50 for 8-week session ~ You must register in advance This class uses the Pilates technique and is enhanced by the use of props such as the stability ball, roller, toning balls, flex band or dumbbells for added resistance to increase strength and flexibility. The routine involves standing and chair work. Come in and try this unique Pilates based workout.
