Taoist Yoga for Balance & Aging Gracefully

You must register in advance. ***This class will be held in-person only*** This program teaches Chinese Yoga exercises for balance and musculoskeletal health. Balance exercises counteract the effects of aging, help us avoid falls and keeps the body / mind agile and alert. Balancing exercises are essential for aging gracefully.
