Taoist Yoga for Balance & Aging Gracefully
Instructor: Tom Sherman Date/Time: Tuesdays, November 14–January 9, 12-12:45pm (No Class 12/26) Cost/Registration: $50. You must register in advance. ***This class will be held in-person only*** This program teaches Chinese Yoga exercises for balance and musculoskeletal health. Balance exercises counteract the effects of aging, help us avoid falls and keeps the body / mind agile and alert. Balancing exercises are essential for aging gracefully. For Tai Chi and Yoga students who are beginners or experienced practitioners.
