Cost/Registration: $35 for 6-week session. You must register in advance.
This is a complete and varied full body workout. We will alternate between low-impact cardio work, and strengthening exercises, also Rhonda incorporates a Tabata style work out (8 rounds, timed for 20 seconds of exercise with 10 seconds of rest in between), all giving you improved cardiovascular fitness as well as improved strength. Each class will finish with a well-deserved stretch and relaxation time. Class is for all fitness levels.
