Regular exercise can help older adults stay independent and prevent many health problems that come with age. Fitness for 50+ is a fifty-five-minute group class that combines stretching,
flexibility, balance, low-impact aerobics, and strength training. This class is for beginner to intermediate level. This is a complete and varied full-body workout. We will alternate between low-impact cardio work, and strengthening exercises, giving you improved cardiovascular fitness as well as improved strength. Each class will finish with a well-deserved stretch and relaxation time. Kick off your week with us!
