Instructor: Rhonda Duhamel, CPT Thursdays: 9:30 – 10:25am  January 16 – March 5 Cost/Registration: $50 for 8-week session. You must register in advance. We are combining Total Body Fitness with Core & More! This is a fitness class for every skill level.   Tone your whole body using a variety of equipment.   This workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, and total body conditioning.  A perfect mix of body sculpting exercises designed to make attain or maintain your healthy, physical physique.
