A wonderful, mat-based class for 50+. A relaxed paced class for all fitness levels and experience. Set your mind and body for a more relaxing evening by taking a pause between day and night in a gentle, inviting and welcoming environment. Open the body, stretch the muscles and relax the mind. Class will focus on traditional yoga poses, breathing and balance, ending with guided meditation!
