When we find that we are doing something repeatedly without effort – that’s a habit. It’s been referred to as being on autopilot, and that is how most of our day is spent. Adopting a new habit begins with deciding “why” to make the change and then taking a few simple steps to get you well on your way to making a good habit automatic or to let go of a not so good habit.
