The practice of Tai Chi can offer many rewards such as strengthening your body and a better ability to focus your mind as well as release tension. The practice combines exercises of the mind and the body. At Goodlife we will be offering a three step Tai Chi program to choose from. Each program consists of two six-week sessions with two classes a week for a total of 24 classes.
In this program you will learn the beautiful flowing movements that you have seen groups of people preforming. The various Postures all are built on the Jings and Stances and Stepping that you learn in the first class (TCHABB).
