Join the KSC Dietetic Interns as they explore the nutritional benefits and cultural significance of traditional Indian cuisine from both Northern and Southern regions. A virtual cooking demo will be included, where interns will teach you how to shop for and prepare a simple meal.  *Ingredients list and recipes will be sent out in advance for those who wish to cook along.
