After a long winter, we often long for the day it is warm enough to eat outside. Join the KSC Dietetic Interns as they explore ways to prepare simple meals outside that pack a nutritional punch. A virtual cooking demo will be included, where interns will teach you how to shop for and prepare a simple meal. *Ingredients list and recipes will be sent out in advance for those who wish to cook along.
