That golden roast turkey straight out of the oven or fresh pumpkin pie, making us salivate in September, as we wait for Thanksgiving to roll around. In the days following a major holiday, those same favorites may not seem so exciting. Join the KSC Dietetic Interns in exploring creative ways to use your holiday leftovers!
