Cost/Registration: $70.00 for 12 classes. You must register by January 5th at 8am. GoodLife will email you the Zoom link a day or two before the class.

The practice of Tai Chi can offer many rewards such as strengthening your body and a better ability to focus your mind as well as release tension. The practice combines exercises of the mind and the body. At Goodlife we will be offering a three step Tai Chi program to choose from. Each program consists of two six-week sessions with two classes a week for a total of 24 classes.

This program focuses on the rudiments of Tai Chi such as standing, stepping rooting etc. We also work on the “Jings” (energies) of Tai Chi such as releasing expanding condensing splitting and more. You will be given simple drills to practice at home (5 min. per day) to help you develop your Tai Chi. This program is designed with two primary goals: a. To prepare you to learn more Tai Chi including the forms that are taught in the second two classes. b. As a falls reduction program to help with balance as well as some strategies to avoid slips and falls.
