Like most of us, you probably have some pre-conceived ideas of what makes for a good meditation. This presentation will give you the opportunity to be open to a fresh new perspective and allow you to find stillness in a way that works best for you. I will introduce you to three simple meditation practices that will take as little as seconds to minutes – whatever time you have – to create moments of calm in your day.
