This class will be held via Zoom ONLY on 6/1 and will begin hybrid on June 7th.

Cost/Registration: $25. You must register by May 31st at 12pm. GoodLife will email you the Zoom link a day or two before the class.

Yoga is a gentle way to stretch, strengthen, build muscular endurance and flexibility, and relieve stress. We will be learning several classic yoga poses, as well as focusing on breath work and introducing meditation techniques. This moderate level class if great for yogis of all abilities and fitness levels. We will be using modifications to make all feel welcome and comfortable.
