5th Annual Iron Chef Competition
Executive Chef John Tuttle earns second honors in a close competition
(Concord, NH, April 5, 2019) Last evening a packed house was treated to a delicious evening of food and fun at HHH’s Tad’s Place. Hosted by Concords GoodLife, the night was filled with pre-competition appetizers that delighted all and then the Iron Chef Competition! Now in its 5th year, this special event brought residents, staff, visitors, supporters and judges including Mayor Jim Bouley. The event brought many cooks and chefs together in the spirit of culinary delight and friendly competition. The talent level was very high and the lobby, auditorium and the stage were all energized last evening. All 3 chefs in the competition had 30 minutes to prepare the same meal (Primavera theme) before it went to a panel of three judges.
HHH’s Executive Chef John Tuttle was cool, calm and collected in his first Iron Chef competition and placed 2nd just a single point out of the top spot! Chef John is a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts in Pittsburg with an impressive background in fine hotels and restaurants throughout the USA. HHH is fortunate to have a Chef of his caliber and a person so dedicated and personable. We salute Chef John, we are proud of you!
The Dining Service Team also made another huge impression last eve with an array of very tasty delights that were exquisitely presented. The HHH Marketing Team did a fantastic job in their efforts to make such an event special and memorable.
