Holidays are a time of tradition, time with family, joy and laughter. But who are we kidding?! Holidays are also a time of stress and the blues! During this presentation we will talk about the physical and emotional toll of stress, common triggers during the holiday season, ways to be merry without overdoing it and learn some stress busters and coping strategies to help get through the holidays and beyond.
