CPR Certification Class

During an Adult CPR/AED and First Aid class, you will be watching videos, listening to the lecture, practicing on a manikin on the floor. You will also learn the importance of body positioning and hand placement, the correct
way to do compressions and breaths, hands on only which does not include breaths and the differences. When the CPR portion is complete you learn the correct ways to assist someone who is choking. During the First aid section, I discuss and show videos on asthma, anaphylaxis, strokes, opioids, diabetic issues, bleeding wounds, torniquets and how to place them, heat/cold emergencies and poison.
