Who doesn’t want more energy? Healthy eating fuels us from the inside out, helping to stabilize blood sugars, energy levels, and enhance mood. We’ll discuss crunchy, savory, and sweet food combinations to build energy levels during the day and promote better sleep at night. Leave with a copy of the PowerPoint and a recipe packet.
