The Benefits of Yoga

Over the last several years, people have discovered the benefits of yoga for managing stress and mood. Join us to learn about the latest research, and simple poses and breath work that anyone can do to maximize mental health! Our focus will be helping all attendees leave with an accessible yoga practice individualized to their needs.
