Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stressed out? Come learn how stress affects your health, how diet and lifestyle fit in, and changes you can implement. During this talk, you’ll learn: the different types of stress and how they affect your body and mind, the role of adrenals in stress response and how to support their function, the connection between health and stress, including gut health, sleep, and immune function. Practical tips for managing stress through diet, lifestyle changes, and supplements.

You’ll also have the opportunity to ask your questions and connect with others who are on the same journey towards optimal health.
