Build strength, improve balance, and keep your body moving with this fun and functional workout designed for active older adults. This low-impact class focuses on strengthening your core while incorporating exercises to improve posture, stability, and flexibility. All movements can be performed standing or seated, making it accessible for every fitness level. Light weights, resistance bands, and gentle bodyweight exercises are used to help you move confidently in daily life while keeping your joints happy.
