The mindfulness techniques of awareness, acceptance, action and transformation that are taught in this class will guide you to bring in the wholeness of who you truly are instead of focusing
on letting go of who you aren’t. This creates a life-changing shift in perspective from the inside (your beliefs) to the outside actions you take to create the life you desire.
