Strong for Life is a total-body, weight-based class designed to build strength, stability, and confidence for everyday living. Using light dumbbells (3–8 lbs). We move from the ground up-starting with the lower body and progressing upward for a balanced, full-body workout. Each class begins with a gentle warm-up to prepare the joints and muscles, followed by functional strength exercises that support bone health, posture, balance, and coordination. We finish with a cooldown to improve flexibility and leave you feeling refreshed.
