A great beginner class! Stretch your muscles, increase your coordination, self-confidence & flexibility with gentle exercise, stretching and movement. Build up your strength and get healthy. Older adults of all ages and levels of physical ability are encouraged to try this gentle exercise class. You are welcome to use a chair for stability.
